Description:  Use machine embroidery to create quilt labels to provide a permanent record of your quilts. Tell the who, what, when, where, and why of your work. Learn font selection, sizing, placement, and color selection to tell the story of your finished projects.


STUDENT'S NEED TO BRING

• Bobbin with Embroidery Bobbin Thread (like OESD)
• Assorted Embroidery Thread
• Small Rotary Cutter and Mat
• Quilting Ruler w/45o Line (approximate 6” X 12” works well)
• Scissors for snipping thread
• Sewing Machine with Embroidery Module, Needle, Foot & Hoops
• Don’t forget to pack your foot pedal and cord
• Scissors for snipping thread
LARGE, ANGLED LABEL
• 18” X 22” fabric or Fat Quarter
• 18” X 12” Tear Away Fusible Stabilizer (Like OESD Ultra Clean and Tear)
SMALL LABEL
• 12” X 10” fabric
• 12” X 10” Tear Away Fusible Stabilizer (Like OESD Ultra Clean and Tear)
